He frequently checked in to make sure the process was going smooth and assist me with any questions/concerns. Scott Cummings is hands down the best in the business! As first time homebuyers, we were forewarned by friends & family that getting approved for a mortgage is a super tedious & cumbersome process due to all the paperwork that needs to be provided, but Scott couldn’t possibly have made it any easier for us. Scott took the time to educate my fiancé and I to make sure we not only understood, but were comfortable with the numbers. He is super personable and has a fantastic sense of humor (which is very much appreciated during what can be a very stressful time!). He was always available to chat if I had a question and was extremely thorough. Scott is absolutely phenomenal at what he does - 10/10 would recommend!
