Scott Cummings is hands down the best in the business! As first time homebuyers, we were forewarned by friends & family that getting approved for a mortgage is a super tedious & cumbersome process due to all the paperwork that needs to be provided, but Scott couldn’t possibly have made it any easier for us. Scott took the time to educate my fiancé and I to make sure we not only understood, but were comfortable with the numbers. He is super personable and has a fantastic sense of humor (which is very much appreciated during what can be a very stressful time!). He was always available to chat if I had a question and was extremely thorough. Scott is absolutely phenomenal at what he does - 10/10 would recommend!

Scott Cummings is truly a premier lender at the top of his field. Everything from his knowledge, his punctuality, his urgency, to his ability to explain things in a way that any novice could understand. Scott was always available even late at night early in the morning or on weekends to answer any questions we had. He answered all questioners throughly. He was very nice and personable. He always looked out for our best interest. Would deff recommend him to anyone looking to take out a loan for a home!
